RETURN POLICY
Please note that swimwear and/or accessories purchased from encore-swim.com are accepted for returns only if they have not been worn and are in new condition with tags, labels and liners present. Ensure to try on your swimwear over underwear since stained or worn items will not be accepted either for returns or exchanges.
For a return, please contact us at returns@encore-swim.com, we will be happy to assist you. In your email, please indicate your full name, shipping address, order ID, and whether you would like to make an exchange or a return. We kindly ask you to also state the reason why you would like to return your item. It will allow us to better understand and anticipate any potential issues in the future.
Return your order in the original packaging with all of the initial (including promotional) contents.
Please note that if any promotional contents were not included in the return package, ENCORE SWIM
has the right to reduce your reimbursement by the sum of 25 €.
*Kindly note that Encore Swim withholds a shipping fee (amount depending on your country) in case you made a decision to return your items.
*Please make sure your return items are delivered back within 15 days of receipt.
*Once return has been authorized, you will receive an email with further instructions regarding your refund.
*Please note that ENCORE SWIM is NOT responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
*Import duties or taxes might be charged once the shipment reaches your country, according to the local customs policies. Please contact your local customs office for further information. We suggest using tracking ID to ensure safe package delivery.
