EXCHANGE POLICY

We are here to assist you in exchanging your ENCORE SWIM items if the fit is not the way it was desired.

Please note that swimwear and/or accessories purchased from encore-swim.com are accepted for exchange only if they have not been worn and are in new condition with tags, labels and liners present. Ensure to try on your swimwear over underwear since stained or worn items will not be accepted either for returns or exchanges.

For an exchange, please contact us at returns@encore-swim.com, we will be happy to help you out. In your email, please indicate your full name, shipping address and order ID. We kindly ask you to also state the reason why you would like to exchange your item. It will allow us to better understand and anticipate any potential issues in the future.

Return your order in the original packaging with all of the initial (including promotional) contents. Please note that if any promotional contents were not included in the exchange package, ENCORE SWIM will not send them once again.

* *Please make sure your return items are delivered back within 15 days of receipt. Note that ENCORE SWIM does not guarantee all desired items/sizes being in stock at the time of online exchange.

*Once ENCORE SWIM items are approved for an exchange, you will receive an email with further instructions shortly. The process takes around 2 working days excluding the delivery time.

*Please note that ENCORE SWIM is NOT responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

*Import duties or taxes might be charged once the shipment reaches your country, according to the local customs policies. Please contact your local customs office for further information. We suggest using tracking ID to ensure safe package delivery.

*Sale items ARE NOT eligible for exchanges or returns.
